Well, I forgot to post I think for a couple days now...but at least I am remembering now! Nothing exciting has happened...although a little complication occurred during my Aerobics Class. I am a bit small, and decided using a large medicine ball would not make a difference than the smaller one, oh but IT DOES. I was rolling all over the place like a gerbil stuck on the outside of a gerbil ball. I underestimated my flexibility as well, since I went into a backbend and never got up again....yeah.....
Well thats all I have for today...in case anyone cares
